  • Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Direct Biz Cards pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • All sales of customized products are final. Refunds, replacements, or returns are only permitted in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced due to our error.
  • Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be made within 7 days of receipt by contacting our support team at support@directbizcards.com.
